Theatre companies entering the Rose Bowl Award competition pay an entry fee which contributes towards the adjudication costs. However, in order to keep the fee as low as possible, we rely heavily on the voluntary support and goodwill of a dedicated group of people for administration and fundraising. We are always interested in the possibility of financial support of any kind – please contact our Treasurer, Peter Stoppard on 01275 392069 or email

Quartet Community Foundation is one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the UK.  Since 1993 we have had the honour of managing the Rose Bowl Award Fund – an endowment fund that helps to ensure the Awards’ long term sustainability.  Last year Quartet Community Foundation distributed over £3.1 million in small grants to nearly 1,000 good causes tackling every sort of disadvantage from supporting young people facing mental health issues to helping people living in poverty connect with arts, culture and the environment.  We welcome support from anyone who wants to help give people the chance to fulfil their potential.
